CROSS – Identity Management

At NicolaSec, we developed the CROSS solution, an Identity Management model implemented in a large enterprise group with multiple companies and distinct operations.

​

Each company in the group has its own identity system and access profiles related to its business. The challenge was to allow employees from one company to securely and properly access the systems of other companies within the same group.

​

The answer was CROSS:

​

• When an employee needs access to systems from another company in the group, they are registered as an external member — but under full governance and traceability.

• The key differentiator is the automation of the lifecycle: whenever an employee is terminated or updated by HR in their originating company, CROSS automatically performs all necessary actions to update or revoke their access in the other units.
